REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.A refund will only be made if the item you have received is damaged or defective. Should the item be in perfect condition, or our staff deem the damages reported are caused by the consumer, the refund will not go through.

 

In addition, in order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original packaging and you will need to provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. How do I submit a refund request?
To start a refund, you can click here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package through your email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept refunds for items that are on sale and any amount of gift cards.


4. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, if there is an issue with the product received, please contact us to do a refund.


5. Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Do note that the cost for shipping or delivering back the product to our warehouse will not be refunded. EXUMA will only refund the price of the product that the consumer had purchased it at.
